Kira has a background in Chiropractic for six years and community development for the last twelve. Primarily as a Community Outreach Director, but has worked in all facets within a Chiropractic office. Focusing her talents and skills on, communications, marketing, creating reproducible systems, and new business development. She has assisted in her past jobs at doing field presentations, organizational system management, and redesigning websites and creating promotional material. She has attended Masters Circle, Parker, Five Star Management and other Chiropractic seminars.

In Addition to being a true Chiropractic Advocate she spends her spare time reading and researching facts about nutrition.

Kira loves to watch documentaries and read books about non-fiction subjects. She has a seven year old daughter, Jaiden who has seen a Chiropractor since the age of two and is the love of her life.  

Ivonne Feinauer, CA

Ivonne is an independent contractor, operating as the General Manager and Administrative Assistant to all of Dr. Ferrante’s three clinic locations in Portland, Salem, and Eugene. 

Ivonne has been in the Chiropractic field for close to ten years and has an expansive knowledge in billing, coding, and alternative health care. She has worked in all facets of Chiropractic clinics including marketing, reception, clinical CA, and of course her specialty billing. Ivonne has several articles that have been published in “The Oregon Chiropractic Association” journal, and she has the privilege of teaching billing and coding at The University of Western States, Massage program and continuing education to Oregon licensed CA’s. Ivonne is one of the leading Chiropractic Assistants in her field with an expansive knowledge in Chiropractic, including Auto & Work Injury laws. Ivonne has two children, Mercedes and Abrina that are the light of her life and have seen a Chiropractor for most of their lives.

Rachael Cruz, CA
Billing Department

Rachael is a licensed Chiropractic Assistant and a recent addition to the Portland area, having relocated from Southern California in August 2010.  Rachael takes great joy in making sure that your visit is a relaxing and healthful experience.  From helping to oversee therapies and exercises to analyzing and assisting in important paperwork, she is always able and willing to answer any questions about the processes or benefits of Chiropractic!

Subscribing to the Chiropractic lifestyle, Rachael has seen firsthand how regular Chiropractic treatments have brought improved health and well-being to the people around her.  Especially touching to her was witnessing a patient arrive using a walker, and after two months of treatment, being able to walk with a cane.  The day she walked in using the cane, the entire office celebrated our patient’s well-being

Outside the office, Rachael enjoys painting miniature pewter figurines, reading, and writing.  She has published articles for Questbusters magazine, CSUN Wings quarterly, E-How.com and the entertainment website GeeksOfDoom.com.

Rebecca Zapata, CA, MA
Back Office Assistant
Rebecca is a Chiropractic Assistant.Her personal mission as part of Back Pain and Accident chiropractic clinic is to help patients off to a better and healthy start for pain relief.
As A Chiropratic Assistant her job is to help Patients with there treatment and therapies. She also enjoys helping make patients feel welcome and comfortable in our clinic providing a good professional atmosphere for them to relax and start their journey to recovery.
She also speaks Spanish and loves to help her Latino Community to understand and learn more about Chiopractic care and it's benefits.
Vitupu O'Brien, MA
Front Desk Assistant

 "V" as she is known here in the office to us, is a certified medical assistant who completed her externship at Back Pain & Accident Chiropractic and was later offered a position at the front desk as a receptionist and scheduler. V loves working with children and had originally planned on working in a family practice until she was introduced to Chiropractic. Her priorities at the office include greeting patients, helping with paperwork upon intake, and helping them to balance their schedule between work, life and their health. We find that V always has a smile on her face and is eager to learn how to make your visit at our office a more enjoyable experience.
